Affiliate Meeting & Event Information
Affiliate events, meetings and functions are a welcome addition at
the WSIA Automation Conference. Please note that affiliate events
cannot conflict with any functions listed on the WSIA Automation
Conference agenda. To be considered an affiliate, your
company must have at least one registered attendee. Please utilize this form to submit your affiliate event information for approval.
Affiliates approved by WSIA will work directly with the
designated property. Affiliates are solely responsible for any meeting
room rental fees, food and beverage fees and all additional charges
relating to their affiliate event. Submission of this form does not guarantee space availability or approval.
