Registration Information

Online Registration

Register online here for 2019 Annual Marketplace. 
 
If you have registration questions, please contact Vicky Fleming, vicky@wsia.org. To reserve a meeting room or suite, you must submit forms to WSIA. Forms will not be processed until your firm has registered the required number of delegates for the space requested. 

Paper Registration

You may register with a paper registration form. Click here to download the paper registration form. Please email completed forms to Vicky Fleming at vicky@wsia.org.  After submitting paper forms, you will receive a confirmation letter from WSIA, and a hotel reservation link will be provided in the letter to direct you to hotel room reservations.

Meeting Space Form

Meeting Space form is available below and can be submitted electronically to WSIA.

Delegate Registration

  • $875 per delegate
  • Delegate registration is $975 after July 29
  • You must register on-site after September 9
  • Delegates must work for a WSIA member firm

Guest Registration

  • $325 per guest
  • Guest registration is $425 after July 29
  • You must register on-site after September 9
  • Guest registration provides access to all meal functions and receptions and is available only to individuals not working in the industry who are attending with a registered delegate.

Reception Only Registration

  • $75 per guest
  • You must register on-site after September 9
  • Reception only guest registration provides access only to the Opening Reception on Monday, September 23 and is available only to individuals not working in the industry who are attending with a registered delegate.

Badge Policy

  • Badges are not assignable and are intended for the exclusive use of the registrant whose name appears on the badge.
  • WSIA reserves the right to charge a full registration fee to any individual wearing a badge other than his or her 2019 Annual Marketplace badge.
  • Registration materials, including badges, will only be provided to the registrant upon presentation of his or her photo identification.
  • Badges are required for all WSIA functions.

Recommended Attire

Recommended dress for the Opening Reception and sessions is business casual attire - sport coat and slacks for men and pants or skirts for women.

Cancellation, Refund and Name Substitution Policy

  • All requests must be made in writing. Please email requests to Vicky Fleming at vicky@wsia.org. Refunds will be processed within two weeks after request.
  • Requests received by the WSIA office prior to July 29 will be subject to a $50 administrative fee.
  • Requests received between July 29 and August 30 will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
  • There will be no refunds after August 30.
  • After September 9, you must register on-site.  
  • Name substitutions after September 9 will be subject to a $50 administrative fee.

Marketplace Registration Desk Hours

WSIA’s Marketplace Registration Desk will be located at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego in the 2nd level foyer. The desk will be open for registration and packet pickup during the following hours:

Sunday, September 22

1:00 – 7:00 p.m.

Monday, September 23
7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Tuesday, September 24
7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Wednesday, September 25
7:30 a.m. – Noon
