Industry Media Information

Media Attendees

• Editorial representatives of insurance-related trade publications who are interested in attending the 2026 WSIA Annual Marketplace on a media pass, should complete the Request for Media Registration Form. You must complete this form to request registration.
• Media attending the event may conduct interviews in WSIA's designated media areas at the Manchester Grand Hyatt and Marriott Marquis. Specific locations will be posted by July 1. Videography is allowed only inside the Hyatt and Marriott designated media areas.
• These spaces are first come, first served and may not be reserved by any one media team.
• No banners, signs or other promotional materials for media outlets are allowed in these designated media areas.
• These areas are not secured, and WSIA is not responsible for any equipment or materials left in these spaces.
• Anyone participating in the event or accessing secured areas must be fully registered for Annual Marketplace. This includes any videographers or photographers attending as media. No exceptions will be made.
• No videography or photography by attendees is allowed in any WSIA meeting spaces, including The Lounges, The Club and Hospitality Zones.

Industry News Table

• Industry media outlets interested in providing copies of their publications for display during the Annual Marketplace must complete the Industry News Table Form by October 1, 2026.
• WSIA provides an Industry News table where copies of insurance-related trade publications are made available to attendees throughout the Annual Marketplace at no charge at the Manchester Grand Hyatt and Marriott Marquis. This is the only place that industry publications may be displayed.

Industry Publication Room Drops

• Industry publications can also have copies room dropped for attendees staying at the Manchester Grand Hyatt and Marriott Marquis San Diego for a per room fee that is determined by, and paid to, each hotel. 
• Industry media outlets interested in having copies of publications placed in-room at the Marketplace hotels should complete the Room Drop Form by October 1, 2026.
