Online Registration

To reserve a meeting room or suite, you must download and submit the forms to WSIA. Forms will not be processed until your firm has registered the required number of delegates for the space requested. Click here for more Affiliate Information and Forms.

Member Attendee Registration

  • Member attendee registration requires employment with a WSIA member firm.
  • $475 per person.
  • Registration after February 19, 2018 must occur on-site.

Non-Member Attendee Registration

  • If you are not employed by a WSIA member firm, you must register as a non-member.
  • $775 per person.
  • After January 12, non-member registration is $875. Registration after February 19, 2018 must occur on-site.
  • Non-members email josh@wsia.org to obtain an ID and password to register online.

Member Booth/Exhibitor Registration (Showcase Optional)

  • Member booth/exhibitor registration requires employment with a WSIA member firm.
  • Booth/exhibitor registration includes one attendee. All other exhibitor representatives must register as attendees.
  • Booth/exhibitor registration entitles you to receive a list of attendees for a one-time use associated with this conference at no additional cost.
  • $1,100 per booth.
  • $750 for showcase opportunity which allows exhibitors to provide an overview of their product, discuss current issues and trends, and address the specific interests and concerns of their target audience during a 45-minute dedicated session. Showcase availability is limited and first come, first served.
  • Booth/exhibitor registration entitles you to receive a list of attendees for a one-time use associated with this conference at no additional cost.
  • After January 12, member booth/exhibitor registration is $1,200.
  • The registration deadline is February 19, 2018 for booths. No on-site registrations will be allowed.

  • Booths are for one registered company only. No sharing is allowed.

Non-Member Booth/Exhibitor Registration (Showcase Optional)

Badge Policy

  • Badges are required for all WSIA Automation Conference functions.
  • Badges are not assignable and are intended for the exclusive use of the registrant whose name appears on the badge.
  • WSIA reserves the right to charge a full registration fee to any individual attending the conference related events/sessions.
  • Registration materials, including badges, will only be provided to the registrant upon presentaion of his or her business card or identification card.
  • Lost badges will not be replaced.

Recommended Attire

Recommended dress for the opening reception and sessions is business casual attire - sport coat and slacks for men and pants or skirts for women.

Cancellation, Refund and Name Substitution Policy

  • All requests must be made in writing. Please email requests to Emily Stubbs at emily@wsia.org. Refunds will be processed within two weeks after request.
  • Name substitution requests received will be subject to a $50 administrative fee.
  • Cancellation requests received prior to January 12 may receive a full refund less a $50 administrative fee.
  • Cancellation requests received January 12 - February 2 will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
  • There will be no refunds after February 2.

Automation Conference Registration Desk Hours

WSIA's Automation Conference Registration Desks will be located at Bally's. The desks will be open for registration and packet pickup during the following hours:

3:30 - 6:00 p.m.
 
Monday, March 18
7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
 
Tuesday, March 19
7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
 
Wednesday, March 20
7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
