Where is the 2026 WSIA Underwriting Summit?

What schedule highlights do I need to know about?

  • On Sunday evening, we’re excited for the Opening Reception. We will kick off the week with live music, great food, refreshments, lots of comfortable seating, and spaces where you can enjoy conversation with your business partners.
  • To give attendees more time to connect and network, we’ve also reimagined the meeting spaces. The Brokers’ Lounge and The Club will open earlier, starting at 7:30 a.m. daily, with a breakfast buffet and enhanced, comfortable spaces for relaxed conversations.
  • Stay for golf on Wednesday! Golf is an important part of many schedules at Underwriting Summit, and the WSIA Education Foundation Golf Tournament should be part of that. We hope you will consider extending your networking at the Gaylord Springs Golf Links. It's just a five-minute shuttle ride from the resort. You can register a foursome or as single players at the same time you register for the meeting.

Where will I pick up my badge when I arrive?

  • If you have registered online in advance, you can pick up your badge in the Delta Lobby, Level 2.  
  • If you haven't already registered, you can register on-site in the same location.

How can I connect to wi-fi?

  • You can join the Gaylord Resort network with no password.

What transportation options are available to and within Nashville? 

  • Nashville International Airport is located approximately nine miles/15 minutes from the Gaylord Opryland Resort. Uber and Lyft car services are well-established in Nashville and service the airport. You can download the Uber and Lyft apps and have car service in minutes.

When does the shuttle operate? 

The shuttle runs between the Gaylord Opryland Resort (Cascades Lobby) and the Inn at Opryland. The hours are as follows:
SUNDAY | 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
MONDAY - WEDNESDAY | 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

    When can we entertain our trading partners?

  • SUNDAY | Off-site functions are allowed after 8:00 p.m. 
    MONDAY | Only on-site functions are allowed prior to 4:00 p.m. Off-site functions are allowed after 5:00 p.m.
    TUESDAY | Only on-site functions are allowed prior to 5:30 p.m. Off-site functions are allowed after 7:30 p.m. 

    • Are there sponsorships available? 

    • There are sponsorship opportunities associated with the WSIA Education Foundation Golf Tournament. Learn more here or contact Denise Marshall, [email protected], for additional information.
    •  Firms with registered attendees may also reserve a table in The Club. Club Tables are reserved for a firm's exclusive use, and your firm's logo will be highlighted on the table and eight chairs. Club tables are $1,600 each.
    • Firms with registered attendees may also reserve a Vendor Table. Vendor Tables are six-foot clothed tables with four chairs and one power outlet. They are $2,000 each. 

    What is the recommended attire?

    Recommended dress for all sessions is business casual attire.
