As part of your registration, each 8’x10’ booth reservation will include:
- Pipe and Drape: 8’ high back wall and 3’ high side rails
- One (1) company ID sign
- 6’ draped table
- Two chairs
- One wastebasket
- Complimentary power connection
- Complimentary WiFi connection
- Company listing on the Automation Conference site and in the WSIA mobile app
- WSIA member exhibitor display for current WSIA members registered to exhibit
Additional equipment and services, as well as shipping needs, will be available through Goben Convention Services. Review the Exhibitor Service Kit for details. Exhibitors will be provided an Excel listing of all attendees by February 2, 2018 with full contact information for a single use purpose specific to the WSIA 2018 Automation Conference.
Vendor Tours – Monday, March 5
interested in your area of expertise will be guided by an Automation
Committee member to your booth. Vendors registered in the tour will have three minutes to speak to the group about specific products and services.
After the conclusion of the event, you will receive a contact list of
the tour participants. This year’s tours will take place prior to the
official start of the Trade and Vendor Show. Only tour participants will
be allowed on the show floor on Monday from 1:00 – 2:30 p.m. This
will provide an opportunity to speak to each tour group
effectively. After registering as an exhibitor, you will be contacted in
February with available tour categories for selecting your preferred classification. This opportunity is included in your booth space registration
and is only available to registered exhibitors.
Vendor Showcase Presentations – Tuesday, March 6
Vendor Showcase Presentations are a unique feature of the WSIA Automation Conference. Each participating exhibitor
will have an opportunity to provide an overview of their product,
discuss current issues and trends, and address the specific interests and concerns of their target audience. Pre-registration is
required and space is limited, so be sure to sign up during registration. There is an additional cost associated with this opportunity.
You will be provided with a private meeting room that will have an
LCD projector, screen and microphone. Any additional AV items can be
rented from the show AV company at the sole responsibility of the

By registering for the WSIA Automation Conference, all exhibitors agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions for requirements, specifications and rules related to exhibitor's booth space and participation in the WSIA Automation Conference.
Exhibitors Booth Space
Space will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Exhibitors shall indicate their top three requested booth locations during the registration process. WSIA has exclusive rights for exhibitor approval and to make assignments of booth space as part of an exhibitor's registration for the WSIA Automation Conference. Exhibitors are strictly prohibited from the reassigning, subletting, selling, trading or apportioning the whole or any part of an exhibitor's booth space. Exhibitors may not permit any other party to exhibit any goods or services in their booth space, other than those manufactured or distributed by the contracting exhibitor.
Approval of Exhibitor
WSIA has the right to approve or disapprove any company or product for exhibit. Acceptance of an application does not imply endorsement by WSIA of the applicant's products or services, nor does rejection imply lack of merit of same.
Decorations & Equipment
No part of an exhibit, and no signs or other materials may be pasted, nailed or otherwise affixed to the walls, doors or other surfaces in any way that might mar or deface premises or booth equipment furnishings. Damage from failure to observe this notice is payable by the exhibitor. WSIA reserves the right to remove any equipment it deems not in compliance. In addition, all specifications and requirements of WSIA, booth decorations and construction must conform to local fire regulations and any requirements of the facility.
WSIA reserves the right to restrict exhibits that, because of method of operation or any other reason, interfere with the traffic of conduct of others. It may forbid installation or request removal or discontinuance of any exhibit or promotion that detracts from the character of the Automation Conference. In the event of such restrictions or evictions, WSIA is not liable for any refund of rental or other expenses.
Exhibitor materials shall be shipped, pre-paid to the official service contractor in accordance with the instructions in the Exhibitor Service Kit.
Participants may not schedule any events that conflict with the 2018 WSIA Automation Conference agenda.
Choice of Law
The parties agree participation in the WSIA Automation Conference shall be construed in accordance with, and disputes shall be governed by, the laws of the State of Missouri.
By registering for and being accepted as an exhibitor at the WSIA Automation Conference Trade and Vendor Show, all exhibitors agree to comply with the requirements, specifications and Terms & Conditions as outlined on this website and any other materials provided to the exhibitor. WSIA has the full power of interpretation and enforcement of all specifications and requirements, which may be amend from time to time. WSIA has the right to make reasonable changes to all specifications and requirements up to and during the WSIA Automation Conference when it is in the best interest of the attendees or WSIA.
Affiliate Meeting & Event Information
Affiliate events, meetings and functions are a welcome addition at
the WSIA Automation Conference. Please note that affiliate events
cannot conflict with any functions listed on the WSIA Automation
Conference agenda. To be considered an affiliate, your
company must have at least one registered attendee. Please utilize this form to submit your affiliate event information for approval.
Affiliates approved by WSIA will work directly with the
designated property. Affiliates are solely responsible for any meeting
room rental fees, food and beverage fees and all additional charges
relating to their affiliate event. Submission of this form does not guarantee space availability or approval.

Affiliate Event Request Form
- All requests must be made in writing. Please email requests to Emily Stubbs at email@example.com. Refunds will be processed within two weeks after request.
- Name substitution requests received will be subject to a $50 administrative fee.
- Cancellation requests received prior to January 12 may receive a full refund less a $50 administrative fee.
- Cancellation requests received January 12 - February 2 will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
- There will be no refunds after February 2.
