Ruth Crocker
Ruth joined WSIA in November 2024 as Senior Manager Talent Outreach & Strategic Relationships, focused on strategic initiatives to connect with institutions focused on underrepresented talent, including Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs), colleges and universities with a high population of underrepresented talent, military transition services, high schools, and other educational institutions. She collaborates with stakeholders to strengthen WSIA's talent pipeline, with a focus on attracting, developing, and retaining top early-career talent.
Prior to joining WSIA, Ruth worked for CNA Insurance for 25 years in various management roles. During her time at CNA, she also served as an Employee Resource Group (ERG) leader, driving initiatives that promoted diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across the organization. She has also served as a volunteer board member with NAAIA Los Angeles.
Ruth is a Registered Nurse (RN) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration, an MBA in Global Management, and a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
Ruth and her husband reside in Southern California and are proud parents of three adult children.
