Frosty Mohn

Forrest ("Frosty") Mohn joined WSIA as Director of Technology Operations in 2024. In this role, he is responsible for the operation and strategy for all of WSIA's technology platforms.  

Frosty joined WSIA after more than 30 years at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) in a variety of roles. Most recently he served as Chief Information Security Officer, responsible for all cyber and physical security of the NAIC, NIPR and IIPRC. He was also responsible for vendor oversight from both a provider and user perspective. Prior to the NAIC, he worked as an IT consultant and managed accounting and technical systems for Ferrellgas. Frosty holds a bachelor's degree from William Jewell College and an MBA from Rockhurst University.
