Ana Serra

Ana Serra joined WSIA as Event Housing Manager in 2024. In this role she works with the events team to coordinate hotel registration and room blocks for various WSIA events. 

Prior to joining WSIA, Ana worked in various hospitality and group housing roles, most recently with Marriott. Ana graduated from Arizona State University with a B.A. in Communications, and she holds a certificate in Hospitality Management & Marketing from Cornell University. She was born in Brazil, and is fluent in Portuguese. She is passionate about travel and spending time with her husband and dog when she's not helping WSIA members.
